Most web sites advances through the following five stages:
Initial Consultation - At no cost to you we will sit together
and determine how we can most effectively utilize the web
for your business. During this meeting we will exchange ideas,
review concepts, and discuss the plan to maximize your business
potential.
The Proposal Phase -We will pull together thoughts on a
practical time line and cost for the start of your new web
site. At this time we will also discuss payment options.
Creative Consultation- Once we have agreed upon a cost and
a timeline, we will move forward to decide on an overall look
and feel of your web site. This consultation ensures that
your company is portrayed precisely how you envision it.
Initial Design Concept- Once this design concept has been
put together you will review samples of the material and provide
feedback.
Site Development- After the concept is approved we will
work to further develop your web site. At any point during
this stage of development you are able to log in through our
web site and observe the progress being made on your site.
You can also, at any time, update your contact information
and post and read memos to ensure that we are communicating
through the entire process. Your involvement is essential.
Beta Testing- When the design and basic programming of your
site are completed, we will test the site, to make sure that
it is running properly. If there are any changes to be made
to the functionality of the site they will be done at this
time.
Placing the Site on the Web- At this point your site is
ready to go live on the Internet.
Future Enhancements- Updates to your web site can be made
